March 30, 2021 (Los Angeles, California) – CXC Simulations, creators of the most advanced racing simulators for home and personal use, was selected by the Henry Ford Museum to provide simulators for the museum’s new Driven to Win exhibit.

Driven to Win: Racing in America Presented by General Motors explores personalities from the world of racing who not only won, but whose innovations changed the racing world. The 15-minute simulator experience, which is titled In The Driver’s Seat, allows visitors the chance to strap into one of six linked CXC Simulations Motion Pro II’s and drive cars and tracks from around the world.

The CXC Simulations Motion Pro II is the most advanced racing simulator available for personal use. The Motion Pro II accurately replicates the sensation of driving a race car on a racetrack, by combining technologies such as:

-A proprietary full-motion control system

-Hydraulic braking system

-Realistic force-feedback steering system

-Wrap-around screens and Virtual Reality

-Nearly unlimited car and track combinations

“Driven to Win: Racing in America is all about how a passion for racing and winning has driven technological innovation in automobiles,” said Chris Considine, President and CEO of CXC Simulations. “Racing is a wonderful way to tell the story of innovation, but the best way to show how impactful racing can be is to put someone in the driver’s seat. Racing simulation plays perfectly in the storyline of how racing drives innovation. Look no further than how many drivers use our simulators for training, and how the world of racing simulation has grown over the last twelve months. We were very honored when we were asked about providing the simulators for the In the Driver’s Seat.”

The exhibit opened to the public on March 27.
